Joseph Kibuuka Kisomba is a Ugandan Thought Leader, Teacher and Entrepreneur. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Top Performance, a business advisory consulting firm headquartered in Uganda with operations in Malaysia, Middle East, South Africa and East Africa.
His education spans Economics, Legal, Accounting, Leadership, Negotiation and Business Management.
Joseph spearheads the Executive Voices Conference, a Motivational, Training , Networking and Ideas sharing event.

Joseph was schooled at some of most globally treasured business schools through his undergraduate, up to PhD level including Makerere University, Nottingham and Herriot Watt. His study interests span Business, Economics, Legal and Negotiation. He is a member of the prestigious ACCA.

Joseph has spent more than a decade in corporate consultancy and training and helping companies and individuals perform to their best. He is driven to help organisations to deliver their missions with spectacular performance by making the best of teams through dynamic and entertaining sessions. Joseph has a strong bias for purpose, leadership and personal productivity. His professional consultancy work has included development economics (Water& Environment), Business strategy and organisational structures.
